Breath Work for Mind, Body and Soul • September 20th, 6:00-8:00
The one tool that you have at your disposal at all times that can affect your health on all levels is your breath. Come and learn breathing techniques that will help you control your level of calm, reduce stress and heart rate. Learn how simple breathing techniques can help you control endless mind chatter. Learn how breath work is also a connection to spiritual expansion. One simple tool can do so much to change your life for the better! It is always with you, and you have so much to gain in benefits for your mind, body, and soul!
Guided Imagery • September 9th, 6:00-8:00
Come and experience true guided imagery! This imagery is designed to help you let go of all that no longer serves you, or never did. It will release you to live life in a new, healthy way. You will learn what guided imagery is, and how it can help with endless issues quickly, effectively, and how it gets right to the heart of an issue instead of just dealing with symptoms. This is a very powerful imagery experience to help you on your life’s journey.
Course: Stress Reduction and Relaxation Techniques
Part I: September 16th, 6:00-8:00
Part II: October 4th, 6:00-8:00
According to the American Institute of Stress, up to 90% of all health problems are related to stress. Even thinking negative thoughts can stress the body. The average person is "hit" with approximately 55 stressors on any given day. Long term stress can lead to serious health issues such as insulin resistance, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Chronic stress promotes fat deposits, increases the risk of tumors and infections, stimulates cravings for sweets, and decreases the brain's ability to use glucose. Stress increases your heart rate and blood pressure and can lead to stroke.
How do men and women differ in their responses to stress? Can being around a negative person really affect your health? What can you do on a daily basis to reduce the effects of stressors on your body to live a stronger, healthier life? How many of the most common stressors are in your life right now?
Learn methods, techniques, and practical ways to reduce the stress in your life and have some fun in the process. In part II, you will actually learn where you fall on the scales, and what you can do about it.
The Gift of a Year

If you were told tomorrow that you had only a year to live, how would it change your life?
Come join our one year experiment that will take you places to ensure a life well lived. We will explore what that would mean for your life.
I would like to offer you the gift of a year… a year to experience a process designed to empower you to fully live your life. Each month we will be going over facets of life and steps/processes that will help you really engage in life, help you with forgiveness, and things that hinder your full enjoyment of living. You will examine your dreams, your relationships, and so much more! Each month will have a topic or theme, and we will meet once a month to discuss the theme, and work through it. You will be shown techniques to empower you to practice living that theme for the next month. The year will go by either way. You can make a choice to positively impact your life with these experiences, or to keep on keeping on. Same old, same old. Your choice. As always… your choice. As it should be.
If you have a group of friends that would like to have your own class, just call or email, and we can set up a time to do this. This has become a very popular offering.

Young Living Oils are available at Integrated Living. Essential oils offer so many benefits for a wide range of situations. They are of high quality and are used effectively and often in integrative medicinal methods. Prices vary according to the oil. I will be writing more about the oils in the coming months.
